This policy covers memberships. No physical goods are sold on this site at present; a returns policy will be published before any store opens.
Cancel at any time from the account page on this site. Cancelling stops the next renewal charge; your benefits continue to the end of the period you have already paid for.
You do not need to email anyone or wait for a reply to cancel. If the control is unavailable, contact us and we will cancel it for you.
Membership payments are generally non-refundable once the period has started, because access is granted immediately.
If you were charged in error, charged after cancelling, or could not access what you paid for, contact us and we will refund it.
Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe. Bank posting times vary, typically 5 to 10 business days.
