What we collect

Account details — your email address and display name.
Payment details — handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number. We keep a Stripe customer reference and your subscription status.
Technical data — IP address and request metadata, used for security and abuse prevention.

What we do not collect

This site does not sell physical goods, so we do not collect delivery addresses. If a store opens, this policy will be updated before any address is collected.

Why we use it

To provide memberships, to unlock your benefits on the stream site, to process payments and refunds, and to prevent fraud and abuse.

Who we share it with

Stripe for payment processing and Cloudflare for hosting and security. We do not sell your data.

Retention

Account and transaction records are kept while your account is active, and afterwards for as long as required for tax and accounting purposes.

Your choices

You can request a copy of your data or ask us to delete your account. Some records must be retained for legal reasons even after deletion.
